Customer Service Associate

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Associate is to provide top-notch customer service to both existing and new customers by effectively collaborating with internal departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
This position is temporary, however, it has the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right individual. Once settled into their routine, there is flexibility to work from home a few days per week.
- Process customer orders in a timely manner
- Prepare quotations for customers as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with pricing & checking stock availability
- Enter data into SAP accurately
- Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- A friendly, professional, and courteous telephone manner
- SAP experience is essential
- A high level of focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve problems
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
