We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our cafe.
- Provide outstanding customer service through active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Operate checkout registers efficiently and effectively
- Prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages using your expertise as a Barista
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of excellent customer service skills
- The ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers
- Enthusiasm for learning about products and services
- Integrity, safety awareness, and a commitment to doing your best
- Previous experience as a Barista in a cafe or hospitality setting
