Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to fill the position of Customer Service Associate. As part of our Sales Program, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone and in-person conversations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.
No prior technical knowledge is required, as comprehensive training will be provided by your dedicated Team Leader. You will be expected to effectively communicate, maintain a professional appearance, work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrate friendliness and reliability, and strive for exceptional results.
This is an ongoing role with casual hours, offering a competitive hourly rate plus commission. It's an ideal opportunity for students or individuals seeking flexible morning hours with guaranteed compensation.
