Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality operational training programs for business operations, both virtually via Microsoft Teams and face-to-face.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of operational training programs in achieving desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of operational training plans and strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Liaise with Divisional staff and managers to identify client needs and support the ongoing development of competencies and capability frameworks.
  • Provide consultancy services and advice on operational training and facilitate project work as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in adult education and training program development.
  • Detailed understanding of operational training principles and practices.
  • Operational experience within a dynamic business environment.
  • Ability to travel to various locations within New South Wales, including overnight stays when necessary.
