We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Communications to join our team at Domain Group. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping the narrative for our business and working with key stakeholders to bring it to life for various audiences.

About the Role

This is a parental leave cover for 12 months, providing an exciting opportunity for a seasoned communications professional to make a lasting impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications programs that engage employees and motivate them to support our business strategy, ESG initiatives, and customer-centric approach.
  • Align communications with our business objectives, identifying opportunities to maximize impact and drive results.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and executives on reputation issues, crisis response, and change communications.
  • Oversee and support the delivery of day-to-day communications content and channels, including the intranet, corporate website, and social media.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in PR/Communications/Corporate Affairs, Internal Communications, and/or Brand Communications, ideally within a medium to large company.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute internal and external communications strategies, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive results.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
