We are seeking seasoned Client Partners to join our team and drive new business at existing and new clients within the Retail vertical.
Successful candidates will lead strategic sales efforts, often acting as the primary PS representative, forming and leading teams to advance opportunities.
You will work to bring opportunities to closure and transition them to delivery, leveraging the full capabilities of PS to expand and grow our business.
Your individual results contribute to overall company growth, utilizing the breadth of the PS portfolio, including digital strategy, experience design, data & engineering, product, and delivery, as well as the Power of One with Publicis Groupe to amplify differentiation through creative agency collaborations.
Ideal candidates will have industry-specific or domain expertise and a proven track record of creating, leading, and closing new business opportunities.
Geographic location is flexible, based on client coverage needs and individual qualifications.
Qualifications Your main goal will be to identify, develop, and close new opportunities to grow PS's business, demonstrating industry knowledge and sales leadership.
You should be able to cross-sell the entire PS portfolio to deliver client value and facilitate PS growth.
You will report to the Retail Industry leader with a dotted line to the Global Retail team, focusing on expanding existing PS clients and acquiring new clients.
Your expertise and PS portfolio will serve as key differentiators, with success measured through growth, pipeline management, and industry specialization.
Growth Develop opportunities from early stages to proposal, leading pursuits and creating compelling client propositions that demonstrate value.
Manage and expand existing clients, ensuring plans leverage PS capabilities to grow accounts.
Provide ongoing value through industry and domain expertise, sales leadership, and thought leadership.
Utilize resources to identify deals, renewals, and repeat opportunities; manage quarterly and annual growth targets.
Business Management Lead annual client account planning, including articulating client priorities, industry trends, competitive positioning, and strategic opportunities.
Create relationship maps, calling plans, and proactive proposals.
Ensure opportunities are accurately reflected in CRM and collaborate with delivery teams for post-sale success.
Own signing targets and manage contractual and commercial objectives.
Build and lead cross-functional teams to match client needs.
Industry Leadership Lead development of proactive propositions to position PS as a relevant digital transformation partner.
Create an innovation agenda and foster strategic partnerships.
Contribute to team education, thought leadership, and industry presence through forums and marketing efforts.
Maintain compelling client reference materials for pursuit activities.
Past Experience and Qualifications Proven experience in digital business transformation services with a record of developing and closing new business.
Industry expertise and strong client connections within your domain.
Hunting mentality with business acumen to develop outcome-based solutions.
Ability to manage and grow client portfolios.
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft tools, with the ability to engage at the Cx O level.
