We are seeking a highly skilled ER professional to join our team of professionals in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and manage ER frameworks, policies, and enterprise bargaining activities to align with our strategic direction and fulfill legislative, industrial, and employer obligations.
  • Manage complex ER matters and partner with the P&C teams on case management and investigations, disciplinary action, and representing us in the Fair Work Commission in matters relating to unfair dismissal, general protections, and bullying.
  • Develop and deliver ER presentations and information sessions to educate leaders on best employment practices.
About You / Qualifications
  • An expert in employment relations who thrives in a collaborative setting.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills; ability to liaise, consult, and influence various stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience providing strategic and tactical advice on industrial instruments and employment regulations to achieve compliant and commercially viable solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing union relationships, disputes, and enterprise bargaining activities; experience representing an employer in various industrial commissions and tribunals and briefing legal representation.
