About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in your community by providing direct care and support to individuals in need. As a Community Support Professional, you will work under limited supervision to assist clients with their goals and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans to meet client needs
  • Providing crisis intervention and supportive interventions as needed
  • Collaborating with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required

  • Prior experience working with vulnerable populations and developing strong relationships
  • Ability to handle crisis situations and challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures, including food hygiene and manual handling
  • Strong understanding and practice of professional boundaries and confidentiality
