We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will be responsible for developing and evaluating new coating technologies that improve performance, meet regulatory requirements, and address customer needs.

Your role involves using technical expertise in coatings science to design experiments, develop creative solutions, and translate research into commercially viable products. Your work will directly contribute to the successful launch of innovation projects, ensuring products consistently meet performance, safety, and sustainability standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline, along with industrial experience in coatings, paints, or related fields. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute experiments to develop new coating technologies and improve existing products.
  • Translate consumer insights into new projects supporting growth in traditional and adjacent markets.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including coaching and training team members when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high product quality standards.
