Senior Property Claims Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Assessor to fill this challenging role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to excel in the property assessment industry.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property claims, liaising with claimants and stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to claims assessments code of practice.
- Managing a portfolio of property claims from end to end and being the main point of contact for the insured.
- Liaising with claimants, repairers, suppliers and other internal/external stakeholders effectively to drive positive outcomes.
- Maintaining a timely delivery of property claims outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations throughout the life of a claim.
This role requires resilience in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
