We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Audio-Visual Specialist to join our team at Peoplebank Australia Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless delivery, setup, and operation of AV equipment for meetings and events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **AV Equipment Management**: Deliver, set up, test, and operate AV equipment for various meetings and events, ensuring top-notch performance and efficient event execution.
  2. **Technical Test Runs**: Schedule and conduct thorough tech test runs for all-meeting events in collaboration with hosts and facilitators, guaranteeing a smooth and error-free experience.
  3. **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment issues to ensure all equipment functions properly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  4. **Coordination**: Coordinate equipment operation and manage the movement of AV equipment between meeting rooms, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient use of resources.
  5. **Event Management**: Manage event-related AV requirements and maintain accurate records, providing valuable insights for future events.
  6. **Service Requests**: Raise and follow up on service tickets for printers, MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) issues, and other AV-related problems, collaborating with global teams or local vendors to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

**Qualifications:**

  1. Proven experience in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment, with a strong understanding of AV systems, including audio, video, and conferencing technologies.
  2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  3. Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with global teams and local vendors.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  5. Experience working with global teams and local vendors is a plus, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances.

**Education & Experience:**

  1. Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required), with a strong foundation in technical skills and knowledge.
