Delivering Exceptional Customer Service and Administration Support

">Job Overview:

The Reception and Administration Officer plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to a vibrant community hub that supports wellbeing, connection, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to all users of the centre
  • Coordinate venue hire, bookings, events, activities, and programs at the centre
  • Assist with purchasing orders, monitor and reconcile banking, oversee hire arrangements, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for the centre
About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to building sustainable foundations for growing and diverse communities. You will work closely with the Manager - Child & Family Wellbeing to deliver high-quality administration and customer service support to the centre.

Requirements:
  • Natural communicator with a professional and approachable manner
  • Experience in administration and customer service, ideally in a community, sporting, or leisure centre setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications:
  • Certificate in Community Services or Business Administration (desirable)
