Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Job Description:

This is a rare chance to step into a diverse role with significant career growth opportunities. As a Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our property portfolio, building lasting partnerships, and driving new business opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and establish strong referral relationships.
  • Task-Based Property Management: Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met.
  • Client Retention: Develop and execute strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and continued business.
  • Operational Management: Maintain efficient processes and systems, reporting on KPIs, and driving business development initiatives.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to identify cross-selling and new business opportunities across different areas of the company.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Queensland Real Estate Certificate or Agents Licence (current and valid).
  • An unencumbered driver's licence.
  • Demonstrated experience in property management and relationship management, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
  • Competence with CRM systems, PropertyMe, and property management tools.
