Job Description:

Role Summary

The Safety Quality professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and high-quality service environment across operations.

Working closely with the Account Manager and delivery teams, this individual will uphold WHS standards, manage compliance, and foster strong relationships with contractors and clients.

This position is key to maintaining a positive work environment and contributing to the organization's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to WHS legislation and industry standards
  • Conduct thorough audits and reviews of contractor safety documentation
  • Drive proactive risk management and incident reporting processes
  • Support employee and contractor onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure completion of mandatory training
  • Deliver timely and accurate safety and compliance reports
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
