Support Care Professional

As a Support Care Professional, you will provide personal care and assistance to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being. Your role will involve accompanying customers on outings and helping them build social connections.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to customers, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
  • Accompany customers on outings and engage them in community activities, promoting social interaction and connection

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Physically fit and able to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to use own vehicle for work purposes, with a strong focus on road safety and responsible driving practices
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and CPR/First Aid certifications, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
