Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated caregiver to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in a residential aged care facility.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
- Liaise with families and loved ones to discuss care plans and health status updates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support therapeutic activities to improve quality of life for residents
- Requirements:
- Current national registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Recent experience working in aged care or disability services
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Empathy and patience in caring for vulnerable people
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
