About the Business DivisionOur Origination & Advisory business provides the full range of Investment Banking advisory and financing services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors. We offer advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and debt-raising services in Australia, and we advise on landmark cross-border and regional transactions in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Graduate Role and ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Graduate Programme in Australia, you'll work on projects that help clients reach their financial goals. Day-to-day tasks vary by role and may include modelling and forecasting a client's financial statements, valuing a company, preparing marketing materials for client pitches or for a debt issue. You'll be involved in live deals, receive strong support from managers and mentors, and gain unparalleled global exposure. You will be trained to evolve professionally and personally and build a solid foundation for specialization later.
What We Look ForWe recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. Degrees in many different disciplines are welcome. While good numeracy helps for some roles, a formal mathematical or financial background is not always required. Our comprehensive training programme will give you the technical knowledge needed to build a career with us.
Eligibility- Complete your studies (final exams, coursework and all graduation requirements) between 1 January 2025 and 31 January 2026.
- Be able to start full-time work in February 2026, subject to local work legislation and visa requirements.
- Possess no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
