About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an AHP2 Psychologist to join the team at the Spinal Rehabilitation Unit in the Rehabilitation Health Precinct.
This is an ongoing position working up to 30 hours per week within a committed multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team.
The Spinal Rehabilitation Unit provides patients with state-of-the-art facilities and patient-centred care, designed to maximise their rehabilitation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and design intervention programs
- Provide education and counselling on an individual and/or group basis
- Consult with staff as required and participate in multi-disciplinary case discussions
Requirements:
- Hold an appropriate degree (specifically Master's Degree in Clinical or Health Psychology) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Psy BA
- Hold general registration with the Psy BA
