About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Provisional Psychologist to join our team at Psychology: Leading Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy and intervention services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for individuals and groups, including those with disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • Conduct vocational assessments and provide support to help individuals achieve their employment goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Provide education and training to clients, carers, and other stakeholders on mental health and wellbeing topics.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the development of clinical programs and services.
Requirements
  • Approved Psychology degree and general/provisional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
