About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker or Psychologist to join our dynamic team as a Senior Clinician in the Allied Health Intermediate Care Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive culture, delivering high-quality care to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate quality Allied Health Chronic Disease Intermediate Care Services for patients of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to less experienced staff, ensuring the delivery of quality services and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other Social Workers and Psychologists, Intermediate Care Services members, and other health professionals to optimize patient functional and health outcomes.
Requirements
  • Hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification for Social Workers, or a Masters in Clinical or Health Psychology for Psychologists.
  • Be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers or registration with the PsyBA.
  • Have a strong understanding of chronic disease management and intermediate care services.
