The job requires a strong understanding of movements from olympic lifts, gymnastics, and body weight exercises. You will need to demonstrate and explain these movements to our members, ensuring they understand proper technique and safety.

We are open-minded to candidates with no prior experience, as long as they are eager to learn and grow with us. A Cert 3 and 4 or Level 1 CrossFit Certification is preferred but not required.
