Senior HR Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our HR systems and business processes with a focus on data quality.
">">- Working with HR Business Owners, provide system management support to ongoing or annual programs (Compensation, PM/GM, etc.).
- Extensive hands-on experience with security through user access, role-based permission roles and groups.
- Manage workflow including notifications, and dynamic roles/groups.
- Deep knowledge of import process to support business processes of reorganization, mergers & acquisitions, and annual programs.
- Utilize the ECSC ticketing system to manage and resolve support tickets. Serve as agent for escalated HRIS issues from stakeholders, troubleshoot system issues, and research solutions to improve system efficiencies.
- Maintain HR business systems to ensure continued operation through testing, quarterly updates, and enhancements to resolve problems.
- Assess and improve overall HR workflow through system and procedural changes and user training. Implement changes from start to finish while acting as a consultant to and advocate for HR.
- Manage implementation lifecycle of new HR business modules or systems. Participate in implementation teams as needed.
- Create or update documentation of systems requirements, business processes, configurations, test plans, end-user documentation, as well as deliver necessary training or demo sessions to ensure shared understanding and to facilitate knowledge transfer.
