At our organisation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investigations and Compliance Manager to lead our complaints and investigations function.

This role is responsible for overseeing a diverse range of complaints and investigations in line with our framework, legislation and guidelines. The successful candidate will have experience in facilitating and conducting investigations into alleged misconduct, ensuring procedural fairness is complied with.

The ideal candidate will also have expertise in dealing with Public Interest Disclosures in line with the Public Interest Disclosure Act, as well as experience with dealing with complaints under the Code of Conduct Procedures.

About You:

  • Experience in facilitating and conducting investigations into alleged misconduct
  • Expertise in dealing with Public Interest Disclosures
  • Experience with dealing with complaints under the Code of Conduct Procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
