Job Title: Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services group, you will be responsible for deploying cutting-edge security products for enterprise customers across ANZ.

Your primary focus will be on configuring and implementing security solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our sales, support, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum ROI.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of networking gear, including switches, routers, virtual routing, and SDN. In-depth experience with firewalls from top vendors such as Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper is also essential.

You will be working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, and must be comfortable under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication and customer-facing skills are critical, as well as the ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure security products for enterprise customers
  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure fast adoption and strong ROI
  • Troubleshoot complex network and firewall environments
  • Collaborate with global teams across sales, support, and engineering

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a software or services company
  • In-depth knowledge of networking gear and firewalls
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scripting experience in Python, Shell, or PERL
  • Experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
