Job Opportunity: Team Lead in Travel and Credit Card Services

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee leadership tasks and assist colleagues in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support and guidance on travel, credit card, and expense management system processes across the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate regular training sessions on travel, credit card, and system processes.
  • Update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist EL1's with regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Oversee the GovComply system and act as an escalation point for compliance matters.
  • Support EL1's and EL2 with project-related tasks and daily operations.
  • Drive ongoing business improvement.
Requirements
  • Understanding of government travel and/or travel industry.
  • Experience with commonwealth credit cards.
  • Experience using Expense8 or similar expense management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strategically analyze work to identify improvement opportunities.
