Personal Care Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our professional team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our elderly clients.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

You will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and providing emotional support to our residents.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

  • Certificate III in Community Services (Aged Care Work)
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Ability to work independently within the scope of practice
  • Commitment to follow RN In Charge directives
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with a positive work attitude
