Solicitor - Commercial (Government) Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solicitor to join our Commercial team in Canberra or Melbourne. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on significant projects and general commercial advisory work for Australian Government clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years PAE, preferably in a commercial legal role, with a strong interest in working on Australian Government transactions. They will also possess excellent contract drafting and advice writing skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to advise on significant Australian Government projects, support the achievement of Australian Government requirements and objectives, and work across Commonwealth procurement, commercial contracting, intellectual property, and technology matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
