About the Role

This role works closely with the Nominated Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of before/after school care and vacation care services.

The Responsible Person in this role will act on behalf of the Nominated Supervisor in their absence.

Duties include assisting in program development, planning, and implementation; working collaboratively with families; guiding families' understanding of play-based learning; and ensuring compliance with national regulations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in program planning, delivery, and evaluation for children aged 5-12 within a care or education setting.

You will also require experience working in a leadership role, holding relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or Certificate IV in Children's Services, OSHC, or Recreation.

Additionally, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis management certification is essential.
