About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Finance Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in identifying areas for cost savings, process improvements, and partnering with operational teams to drive performance.

  1. Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  2. Analyse and monitor costs, labour, material usage, and overheads, identifying variances and improvement opportunities.
  3. Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights that drive cost control, efficiency, and performance outcomes.
  4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  5. Perform month-end close activities.
Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance, and CA/CPA qualified.
  2. Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
  3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.
  4. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
