Your Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented analyst to provide critical financial insights, conduct in-depth market analysis, and support strategic decision-making. You will be instrumental in analysing market trends, assessing banking products, and evaluating investment opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

Your Contribution (Key Responsibilities)
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including forecasting, modelling, and variance analysis to support business unit performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Evaluate the performance of banking products and services, identifying areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and financial models for new initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and risk management, to support business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ensure all analysis and reporting are accurate and comply with internal policies and external regulations.
The Ideal Candidate (Key Capabilities)
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a finance or banking analyst role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and banking products.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
