**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recreation Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative leisure and lifestyle activities tailored to the needs, interests, and capabilities of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning of activity programs in collaboration with team members, residents, and carers.
  • Evaluate activities and maintain accurate records for continuous improvement.
  • Develop activities based on residents' previous interests and current capabilities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to confirm activity programs, resident involvement, timetables, and resources.

About You:

  • You possess previous experience in aged/community care or lifestyle programs in age care.
  • You have resilience and resourcefulness, as well as the ability to live our values daily.
  • You hold a Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications, demonstrating competency in the knowledge required for this role.
