Key Responsibilities for Quality Maintenance

We seek a qualified professional to deliver high-quality maintenance works across our road network. As part of our innovative team, you will focus on quality, customer care, and continuous improvement in asset management and community safety.

This role is ideal for someone with transferable skills and experience in engineering management, asset risk, and HSE in maintenance environments. Relevant qualifications in electrical/electronic engineering or electrical trade are also desirable.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the quality of maintenance works on assets
  • Identify defects and non-conformances, and prepare comprehensive repair reports
  • Manage work orders, asset data, and compliance audits efficiently
  • Monitor and report on HSE standards and recommend corrective actions promptly
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively, working closely with community teams
  • Engage with contractors and service providers to ensure adherence to standards
  • Provide technical advice, condition assessments, and compliance reporting
