As a key member of our Lifestyle Services Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the physical, intellectual, emotional, cultural, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lifestyle activities that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the lifestyle team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct comprehensive lifestyle assessments to identify resident needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.
  • Facilitate community engagement opportunities to promote social connections and well-being.

About You

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual with a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent. You will have a proven track record of working in lifestyle services within aged care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialized teams who care deeply about our residents' individual needs. Together with residents, healthcare partners, and families, our teams deliver best practice care with the highest standards of safety, clinical practice, and governance.
