About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lifestyle Assistant at Regis Brighton. As a key member of our care services team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lifestyle assessments of residents to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote happiness, wellbeing, and quality of life for residents.
  • Assist in the delivery of various workshops, social activities, and events.
  • Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
  • Document any changes to resident's activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (desirable).
  • A proactive and energetic self-starter with a strong customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable).
  • Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable).
  • An eagerness to grow and develop a career in Aged Care.
