Job Summary:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing shutdown teams, including electricians, apprentices, and trades assistants. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that all electrical works are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians, apprentices, and trades assistants during shutdown operations.">
  • Liaise with the Site Manager to scope potential works and advise on manning and equipment levels.">
  • Coordinate and plan workload efficiently for personnel to meet project deadlines.">
  • Assist site administration in preparing manning levels prior to mobilizing.">
  • Perform Electrical Nominee sign-off for all installation works.">
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and site-specific requirements.">
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor in shutdown work.">
  • A Grade WA Electrical License.">
  • LVR/CPR certification.">
  • Experience in estimating work scopes and executing them.">
  • Safety Awareness Training Card (white card).">
  • Section 44 & Section 26 certifications.">
  • High Risk Work Licence (WP minimum).">
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.">
  • A current driver's license.">
  • A qualification in Management (e.g., Frontline Management) would be highly regarded.">
