About the Role

SRG Global is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee shutdown teams, including electricians, apprentices, and trades assistants.

The successful candidate will scope potential works during the estimation phase, advising on manning and equipment levels. They will also coordinate and plan workload efficiently for personnel, ensuring compliance with legislative and site-specific requirements.

This role involves liaising with the SRG Site Manager as required, performing Electrical Nominee sign-off for all installation works, and ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate shutdown teams.
  • Liaise with site management and other stakeholders.
  • Scope works and advise on resource allocation.
  • Plan and manage workload efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and site requirements.
  • Perform Electrical Nominee sign-off for installations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in electrical supervision, preferably in shutdown work.
  • A Grade WA Electrical License.
  • LVR/CPR certification.
  • Experience in estimating work scopes and executing them.
  • Safety Awareness Training Card (white card).
  • Section 44 & Section 26 certifications.
  • High Risk Work Licence (WP minimum).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
