**About the Role**

The Assistant Coordinator works closely with the Coordinator to provide high-quality programs for children aged 5-12 years in Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. This role is ideal for someone who can build strong relationships with the school, parent, and parish community.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

- Evaluating the program regularly to ensure it meets the interests and needs of school-age children and complies with relevant legislation;
- Advising families about the program, policies, and procedures when required;
- Supporting the Coordinator on administrative tasks and efficient day-to-day operation of the service;

 

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications or significant experience in working in outside school hours care;
- Skills and experience in team leadership;
