About Our Opportunity

At a leading law firm, we offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our top-tier Mergers & Acquisitions (MAC) team.

Job Overview
  • Be involved in public and private M&A transactions, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory work.
  • Deliver successful outcomes in complex M&A deals for global companies and financial sponsors.
  • Gain exposure across various sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail.

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible working arrangements. We support professional growth and provide opportunities to collaborate with multiple Partners within the MAC team and broader firm network.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-profile Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice.
  • Ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger transactions.
