Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all supply chain activities, including planning, purchasing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Planning: Develop and regularly update the overall production schedule for sites that integrates sales forecasts, plant capability, inventory holdings, raw material supply and maintenance requirements into a short-term plan that meets customer's needs and forms the basis for the plant manufacturing business plan.
  • Collaboration with Site Engineering Manager: Work with Site Engineering Manager to allow machine time to plan schedule maintenance.
  • Delivery Schedule Review: Review the daily delivery schedule report and notify all relevant parties about late deliveries.
  • Production Monitoring: Monitor production output, inventory, customer orders / forecasts, material supplies and trends in the above to ensure all customers' requirements are met. (weekly dashboard)
  • Resin Forecast Review: Attend Weekly / Monthly Resin Forecast review with Divisional Supply Chain Manager
  • BOM Management: Creates all new product codes and maintain accurate BOM's & Routes for the planning system.
  • Manufacturing Order Management: Maintain Manufacturing Orders from the raising to completion – Job costing process.
  • Inventory Stocktake: Lead sites inventory stocktake schedule.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create of Purchase Orders based on MRP requirements (daily)
  • PO Tracking: Track & following up on POs imminently due & overdue (both imported and local - daily).
  • Goods Receipt and Dispatch: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Load Scheduling: Coordinate and manage load schedules for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure all goods are received, handled, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
