Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Analyst


Merkle is a leading Customer Experience Management (CXM) company that specializes in delivering unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices.

We are seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst to join us on a Fixed-Term Contract for 6 months.

This high-impact digital transformation project requires a deep understanding of complex booking flows and a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior developers to deliver end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing BI reports and data models.
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible approaches.
  • Support report adoption through user training and identifying challenges.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance, quality, and process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
