About the Role

This role is a Site Manager position based in Townsville, overseeing the performance of delivery maintenance, repair, and project services to Defence equipment.

Key responsibilities include financial control, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management; building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their needs; providing data and analytics to inform stakeholders and highlight risks; supporting and implementing change initiatives; and achieving best practice, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven leadership capability in a workshop environment; trade qualification or maintenance experience advantageous; ability to interact and drive performance with technical staff and subcontractors; demonstrated project management skills; intermediate level MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); valid driver's license.
