Site Manager

Job Overview:

This role offers an opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating individualised care plans, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Developing and implementing effective care strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff and clients

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Experience working in the disability sector, specifically with individuals who present with complex behaviours and mental health challenges
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnights
  • Holding or being willing to obtain required certifications, including a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle
