Lead Substation Engineering

This is a high-profile opportunity to spearhead our substation engineering endeavors. As a senior leader, you will oversee the design, analysis, and optimization of substations while ensuring adherence to industry standards and rigorous safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct project teams through all phases of substation projects from inception to completion and commissioning.
  • Oversee technical expertise, including design, analysis, and optimization of substations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize substation projects with overarching energy infrastructure goals.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide expert guidance across departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in substation engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
