Substation Engineering Leader Job Summary:

  • Project Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of Substation projects ensuring timely completion, within budget and adhering to industry standards.
  • Technical Expertise & Compliance: Oversee the design, analysis, and optimization of Substations, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to synchronize Substation projects with overall energy infrastructure goals.
  • Team Development & Support: Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support across departments.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred) is required. Additionally, candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in Substation engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is also mandatory.
