As a key player in our customer-focused team, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter and delivering exceptional service.

  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening

  • Assisting with leadership duties and reviewing ABG's various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer

  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively and completing rental bookings in a timely and efficient manner

  • Answering customer questions and inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

We are looking for applicants who have:

  • A full and valid driver's license

  • Availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles

  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards

  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
