Brand Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to lead the next phase of brand marketing success across retail, wholesale and food service. Our ideal candidate is hands-on, curious and passionate about food.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and creative skillset, with a deep understanding of consumer psychology. They will also have extensive experience in social media platforms, online marketing tools and marketing campaign development and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the primary marketing strategy and plan, closely collaborating with external agencies and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure a robust understanding of key drivers for the brand and category through financial knowledge of SKUs and their contribution to the business.
  • Comply with legal requirements in respect to sales promotion and advertising of products.
  • Be the brand champion for POS, instore and digital, promotions, retail and local area marketing, packaging and PR.
  • Gain active support of internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects are executed on time and objectives achieved.
  • Build strong working relationships with key team members to enable flawless execution of initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role, with aptitude and ability to progress to next level marketing.
  • Experience using data analytics software like Quantium and IRI.
  • Ability to use traditional and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong delivery skills, balancing attention to detail with getting things done on time.
  • Ability to create digital content to build brand awareness and engagement across relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Passion for food and understanding of key consumers - foodies.
