Job Summary

Experience in electrical engineering, specifically in LV and HV system design, cable sizing, protection systems, substations, motor controls, and switchboards, is essential for this role. Your expertise in power systems modelling using software such as Power tools for Windows (PTW), eTap, and Power Cad 5 will be valuable assets to our team. Experience with DigSILENT Power Factory and testing and commissioning experience (FAT, SAT) will also be highly regarded.

You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality designs and projects that meet Verbrec standards. Your ability to maintain engineering standards across all designs and projects will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits and perform project tasks to support clients and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
  • Relevant (3-7 years) and current Electrical Engineering experience.
  • Design exposure to LV and HV system design and cable sizing, cable management, protection systems, substations, motor controls, and switchboards.
  • Power systems modelling using software; Power tools for Windows (PTW), eTap, and Power Cad 5.
  • Testing and commissioning experience (FAT, SAT) will be added value.
