About the Role

  • Plan all aspects of the project lifecycle using a structured and disciplined approach towards risk, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Guide project teams on continuous improvement and core Agile values and principles.
  • Manage project budget, scope, and schedule.
  • Provide constructive feedback for Sofico's methodologies and procedures and actively participate in their refinement.
  • Ensure all PM artefacts are completed and delivered for both client and internal requirements, including periodic reporting to the Steering Committee and enterprise PMO.
  • Work with internal delivery teams to ensure delivery planning is integrated and release dependencies are managed well.
  • Contribute to implementation reviews and lessons learned workshops and make use of the lessons learnt in the past.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You possess strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills, driving the delivery of first-class products into client environments.
  • You have extensive experience with customer-facing ERP implementation projects and excellent insight into (financial) business processes.
  • You have thorough knowledge and experience with the different phases of a software implementation project, from pre-sales phase to go-live, including discovery workshops, ERP configuration, development, migration, testing, and more.
  • You have proven experience in managing technical teams, ensuring roadblocks are removed so they can deliver within required timeframes.
  • Experience in large-scale ERP projects and Agile deliveries is desired.
  • Experience in fleet management and projects using cloud technology will be a good bonus.
  • Relevant product training will still be provided.

  • You have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to solve problems in a positive and effective manner.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
