Positive Behaviour Support Clinician

Work with Individuals to Improve Quality of Life

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, you will work closely with individuals with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop PBS plans to increase participants' quality of life
  • Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct observations and assessments to inform behaviour change strategies
  • Implement and evaluate PBS plans to improve emotion regulation, skills, and independence

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
  • NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
