The Opportunity
Our business has recently expanded through a strategic acquisition, integrating new operations and systems. To optimize this integration, we require an experienced professional to lead the high-profile payroll project.
The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Workday Functional Consultant who will be responsible for implementing and administering Payroll systems, including integrations with Chris21. This individual will work closely with our team to ensure seamless system adoption across our 2500 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal Workday expert, providing technical guidance and support.
- Configure, implement, and administer Payroll (Chris21) systems, ensuring efficient data conversion and transformation.
- Organize regular Workday user forums, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, with expertise in functional design, configuration, and administration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective communication and partnership.
- Leverage business analysis skills to drive successful implementation and adoption of Workday HCM technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in organizational change management, with a focus on Workday system adoption.
